Mental health
Personal accounts #
Below are various talks, vlogs and blog posts that I've collected over the recent years. All of them show a perspective of software engineers with good access to health professionals, living in countries where treatment is widely available. I recognize how biased it is, and still, these are invaluable resources to educate yourself and your loved ones on topics of mental health.
Greg is Type II BiPolar and ADHD. This talk motivated me to seek help at two different points in my life. There's a few more recent recordings of the same talk, the one at Google was good.
